Our Mission Statement
UAEFI exists to rebalance the global innovation landscape by mobilizing the expertise of the Afro-Caribbean diaspora. We believe sustainable development requires a fundamental shift in how knowledge, resources, and opportunities flow across regions. Our mission is threefold: to connect world-class diaspora talent with local innovators, to strengthen the capacity of innovation ecosystems across Africa and the Caribbean and other emerging and frontier markets, and to advocate for policies that promote inclusive growth.
